Hi Randy,

I have started several threads on how I look at failure:

I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work... (11 Months ago)
If you want to increase your success rate, double your failure (1 year ago)
Don't waste time calculating your chances of success and failure. (1 year ago)

Many years ago, I changed how I look at failure...

To date, This is what failure means to me:
- Learning experience
-Results
- Feedback
- An Outcome
- An Etc...

A couple of my mottos is:
Fail Your Way To Success!
What Would You Do If It Was impossible To Fail!

This is one reason I am not in the "Must make everything positive" camp. Some would have you to push failure out of your mind. Truth is if we embrace failure from an optimistic point of view, it becomes a toll of success because we learn from it.

I did not know that I'm starting a business when I started working in SFI. But every day I worked, learned, and I realized that I'm working for myself. Until now, I think did not have a huge mistake in building my business. I hope that I will build the parachute before I jump from the plane, I hope that I will not fall and break my self. My brain only works for success, failure word I erased in my brain. I know that won't be easy, will have sometimes stormes but I do hope will continue to "walk" through stormes to the sunlight. I like to read FORUM, and I read every day a few times, I learn from here and I like your posts Mr.Randy. Thanks, Mr, Randy :four_leaf_clover:

The parachute represents success. We fall for a while. Some fall for a very log while, Building their business (parachute). You can erase the word failure in your mind, or you can try, but REALITY is that we all have failures. They might be little failures, they might be big. I don't know a single successful person that didn't have failures along the way. The best people not only accepted their failures, they delighted in them because it taught them a better way to success! We don't try to fail, we just don't let it scare us WHEN we fail.
