The RECA program is geared towards ecommerce merchants that sell products or services online and want to offer their customers an incentive to come back and do business again. As you know Rewardical is a loyalty based program. The more loyal you are to participating merchants, the more Rewardicals you earn. If you are serious about getting into the RECA program yourself, I would suggest drawing up a business plan and determine what if any products or services you could offer customers. Then I would purchase a domain and build a website to market and sell those products/services. WordPress has a ton of awesome templates you can get rather inexpensive to set up an eye catching store front. Good luck!
