Need to convince him? in Sales
Another one is "A man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still."
In personal recruiting, "it's easier to give birth than to raise the dead."
That's why one of the SFI Rules of Success is to work with the workers and remember, SWSWSW, Next!
Love that saying! Some Will Some Won't ....heard it this way: Some Where there's 5 for me!
I don't believe that I've heard that saying before but like it muchly and really believe it enough to use it as a motto for myself.
What do you think? in Team Building
Personally, I believe that should be a major goal as soon as you start believing that SFI is the organization that will help you achieve the goals you are looking for. In order to reach the lifetime income and life occurrences you desire, you will have to have a team behind you, since it is only with successful team members will you ever be successful. Make sure you are reading and learning Launch Pad Training, stay up to date on the forum, and research past posts (Tips).
The more you learn, the better off you you will be.
E365 monthly race in Miscellaneous

You're correct in the yearly E365 contest runs from the day you enter SFI until your one year anniversary. However, the monthly contests run from the first of each month to the last day of each month.

NOT FIRST Sunday of March, but 2nd Sunday of March
Sorry. Sometimes my mind does not have complete control of my fingers. I was looking at calendar when I typed that. Must have been a snag between my brain and my fingers.

In most of the United States, we change our clocks twice a year, in order to "use the daylight hours more efficiently." We set our clocks ahead 1 hour in Springtime and set them back 1 hour in Fall.

Congratulations, TSPC on 19 years of, I presume, mostly smooth sailing. May y'all enjoy another 19 years friendship, success and comradely friendship. I pray that I will be here to enjoy it, since that will be a celebration of a lifetime.
Is SFI really meant good for me? in Miscellaneous
15 days ago
In my opinion, you've hit the nail on the head. Whether SFI is the proper place for anybody has to be determined by the person involved. In other words, a professional will stick around and weather the "Inherent Instabilities of Design Characteristics", while the amateur will use all those instabilities to complain and turn them into an excuse to walk away from an almost guaranteed prosperous business opportunity after instabilities are corrected or strengthened.
I took a look at SFI and decided that this is where I wanted to be, no matter what. My desired position keeps getting changed but only to make it higher and higher. There have been a lot of circumstances which should have changed my mind and sent my focus elsewhere but I refuse to be run off by some occurrence that I can't agree with. I am here for the long run, whether others interpret what I write correctly or not.

Perhaps we should just automate it and the Sponsor wouldn't have to do anything?
In a sense, we already do that because we already immediately send every new member a welcome letter, and that starts the process of sending our auto-response follow-up emails, newsletters, and so on.
And if we were to send an email on behalf of the sponsor...
1. All the personal aspect is now lost (just another boilerplate message, and the feeling that "Apparently my sponsor doesn't care enough to even personally send me an email").
2. The new affiliate may hear from NO ONE now because many ISPs block emails from SFI. So if the sponsor doesn't personally contact them, they may not hear from ANYONE ever.
Thank you, Gery for your answer. After years in customer service and as a field service engineer, I've seen answer number 1 cause a huge amount of ill will amongst companies and clients. As for number 2, I never realized that so thank you for bringing it to light and helping us see a little bit of the real world we are working with.

Hi Boris. Really enjoyed reading your post and figured I would let you know that it qualified for the "Creatively Acquired Post for further resubmission and posting elsewhere" article. Of course that last part is only true if you say it is okay if your words go running off to far off forums and blogs somewhere, hopefully raising standards wherever they wander.
Hey! Is It Just Me in WAVE3

Thank you so very much if that's the inadvertent answer to my question of why no W3 Badge for my new PRM from yesterday. Was curious but was waiting to see what was going on before I asked a question. Thank you for being able to autobuild extraneous affiliates.

Thanks for the reminder. Always filling my coffee cup and leaving it somewhere. Now I have refreshments for at least another couple of hours work.

It looks like he's gone now, the affiliate profile shows invalid affiliate
That's a shame. There will be future SFI applicants that see or hear about this and for some reason will not find out about all the background pertaining to he situation. It will be like the very first forum post I read this evening about judging people. Same thing goes with situations and there will be a rash of misjudged opinions bandied about (or at least thought). We MUST make sure that we know everything about what's going on before we write our opinions in concrete.
Reminds me of one of my Ol' Pappy's sayings, "One of the most useless exercise movements is jumping to conclusions."
