Team building ultimate solutions in Team Building

Eugene, my most active long-term signups have come from free advertising on safelists and traffic exchanges. I have purchased many signups through TripleClicks ECA's for my team's co-op and a few of them are active.

T-time game to be change to rewardical game in Suggestion Box

Not a good idea, in my opinion. Many new affiliates who have limited funds need the T-Credits from T-Time to help them earn VP's. There are enough changes already that award Rewardicals.

support for btl,Stl and gtl for team leader,,, in Team Building #VersaPoints

Consejo, I think you are misunderstanding this. If you go to your To Do List, it explains that you will receive 100 VP for each PSA who reaches each of these ranks.
Example: You have a PSA who reaches Executive Affiliate
You receive 100 VP
This same PSA reaches Bronze Team Leader
You receive another 100 VP for a total of 200 VP for that one PSA
Hope this clarifies this for you.

Gery, should I tell her not to use the Join My Team link? And is there a link for the Affiliate Center if she logs back in as an ECA?

I have a person who signed up under RECA, but would rather start as a PSA. How can she do this? I am sure it is someplace here on the site, but I need an answer quickly for her. Can someone help, please?

Earning Commission With Criteria. in Getting Started

Avik, refer to : (on black menu bar) Income, then Compensation Plan
you will see that it states:
"SFI's powerful Direct Commission program works like this: each time one of your Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSAs) OR Personally Referred Members (PRMs) places an order at any of our Zing Network properties, you earn 45% of the CV.

And once you sign up a member or affiliate, they become your customer for life!* SFI takes care of all order processing, product shipments, and customer service at no cost to you, and pays you a Direct Commission for every order placed by your members and affiliates for life!*

TIP: You can find the Direct Commission (DC) you can earn for any product by checking on that product's details page on a given Zing Network site. The DC (Direct Commission), CSC (Co-Sponsor Commission), EP (Executive Pool), CV (Commission Volume), and VP (VersaPoints) are included in each product's description."

Also: "Qualification: Affiliate"
I hope this helps.

whats a good way to lead a team in Miscellaneous #Leadership #Marketing #Team Building

Joseph, there are multiple ways you can build and lead a team to success. Each person has to find their own leadership style first. Some 1) will wait for person to ask questions, instead of provide information first; 2) will overwhelm new signups with too much information to quickly; 3) will have a regularly scheduled pattern of communication and support; 4) will provide incentives in addition to SFI's income rank rewards, such as contests and/or drawings.

I would say to start first with your communication.
1. Be brief, yet informative and supportive in your Welcome Letter.
2. Send a Team Newsletter through SFI Team Mail weekly, bi-weekly or monthly (as YOUR time permits).
3. Let SFI get the affiliate started with LaunchPad and the E365 Contest.
4. Email them weekly in regards to their progress and any tips you may have after reviewing their Affiliate Snapshot information.
Then, as your budget permits, begin providing contests and drawings and other incentives. For example:
1. Monthly VP Contest
2. Weekly Activity Drawing
3. Team Co-Op
4. T-Credit rewards for achievements

What I did was listen to what my affiliates were saying from my beginning with SFI. They expressed their concerns and financial restrictions. I tried to remedy these concerns and restrictions with my contests, drawings and incentives.

Do some brainstorming...you will find your own personal style.

Should I remain opted into Opti-Build, or back out until I have more active PSA's? in Team Building #Leadership #Sponsor #Team Building

I want to thank each and every one of you for taking the time to express your thoughts on my dilemma.
Thanks to my fellow SFI'ers, I have made a decision: I am going to remain opted in at 50%. When I do
finally lead 4 more PSA's to the DD position, then I will change my opt in to 100%.

After much thought and reading your posts several times, I have concluded that
1. My team needs me to keep motivating them as I have always tried to do.
2. My team members will follow my lead as their leader and do as I do.
3. As I always remind my team in our newsletters: As A Team We WILL Succeed!!!

Again, thanks for all the support and help!
Sincerely,
Mare

Thank all of you that gave me real advice. I really appreciate it. I know that I have to make the decision, but I value advice from more experienced SFI'ers. Your advice will help me to make a sound decision.

Should I remain opted into Opti-Build, or back out until I have more active PSA's? in Team Building #Leadership #Sponsor #Team Building

I did not post this for the past 3 weeks to get a directive to a url. Thanks but no thanks for anyone answering in this fashion. I do read within SFI every day and understand the program. I work hard trying to build my SFI business. I do not expect help or handouts from my upline. I have achieved the Silver Team Leader rank on my own with little advice or support from my upline and do not appreciate such demeaning responses. This is one reason I do not post on the forum.

Should I remain opted into Opti-Build, or back out until I have more active PSA's? in Team Building #Leadership #Sponsor #Team Building

Ok, I have been opted into Opti-Build since the first month it was active. I have only one Designated Diamond in my downline, which is in my first generation. On average, my DD receives approximately 35 signups through Opti-Build from myself every month. I have gotten less than 5 signups through Opti-Build from my upline. Currently, I have quite a few active CSA's but only the one long-term active PSA. My DD has 3 active PSA's.

Here's the decision I need to make: should I remain opted into Opti-Build, or back out until I have more active PSA's?
Problem: First, I want to build my team and participate in all the ways SFI offers. Secondly, I want to keep my badge for Rewardical purposes.

Please help me solve this dilemma...I have pondered for 3 weeks on this.

Frustrated,
Mare
